MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota – November 1, 2001 – Digital North Inc. today announced that it has acquired
Wirefeed's Webhosting Service. This acquisition is Digital North's second key hosting services acquisition
this year. Wirefeed has been providing hosting solutions to small and mid-sized businesses since 1995.
Financial terms of this transaction were not released.

Digital North expects to transition Wirefeed customer services over the next three months.
